A California girl who summered in Maine and decided that enough was enough.  She and her husband decided to leave the traffic and the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy everything that Maine has to offer.  We designed and built a home that gives them everything they wanted along with enough private space for guests to feel like they can share the Maine experience with them no matter how far from home they are.  Much of this work was accomplished via the internet while they were back in California working on their move east.  Using our Cad program made it easy to have them view their floor plans and even images of the house while we were working on it.  This house features many cathedral spaces with open flowing rooms.  Their Master Suite is on one end of the house while the guest quarters are on the other.  They have a home office where they work on their new hobby of photography.  We have already gone back and changed their screen porch to a four-seasons room.  Buddy, their cat, likes it much better!  Their use of warm colors uplifts you on any cold winter Maine day.
