Our customers lived in a beautiful old colonial but didn't like the upkeep. "Every time my husband traveled something would always break or leak - and he traveled a lot."

Their dream house was one that looked traditional from the exterior (and even some of the interior), but had a contemporary feel inside. They chose the traditional living room and dining room. Then they stopped. Wouldn't it be nice to have a kitchen on the interior walls looking out to the eating area & onto their beautiful backyard?

So step into one of the brightest kitchens you've ever seen. It has the sink & dishwasher in the island so you can see what the kids are doing in the yard while you're doing dishes. From the eating area you can also see into the Great Room.  Their Great Room features a new version of a very traditional fireplace wall. Raised panels over the mantel accept the old brick.

Adjacent to the Great Room is the Living Room with a more formal fireplace accented with marble. Upstairs you'll find a nice wide hall to find your way to all 4 spacious bedrooms. The master suite is cathedral thanks to our 12/12 roof pitch, which gives this colonial pizzazz.
